The minimum eligibility criteria for B.tech programmes is- Pass in 10+2 examination with at least 65% marks (55% marks in 2nd Shift) in aggregate in 5 subjects including Physics, mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: a) Chemistry b) Bio Technology c) Computer Science d) Biology, from recognized Board/University.

Bachelor of Science programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration at the institute is offered by the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and the Indira Gandhi National Open University. The three year (Six Semester) programme equips trainees with all the required Skills, Knowledge and Attitude to efficiently discharge managerial and supervisory responsibilities in the hospitality sector. Students with minimum qualification of plus 2 are admitted to the course through an All India Joint Examination conducted by the National Council during the month of April/May. Other diploma, PG Diploma and certificate level programmes are also on the offer by the institute
