First I would like to know from you that what do you mean by best institute.
Best institute as a term is misnomer, and subjective. For me best institute is that where you got your fundamentals in place, which help you to develop your skill set and capabilities to achieve and make you ready to be part of this corporate Business world. A best institute is that which provide you environment and share pragmatic experience of to deliver in future to corporate world.
There are no. of bschools which help you getting that level which is required to become a successful MBA.

First thing don't think average student can not study. Average student can do every thing what they want.
What you want to do and what 's your interest that is main. If you want to work start your interest job or in you want to study go for higher study its your choose.
And take out the thought that you are average student that's why you cant study.
