With your cryptic query I really do not know what you desire. BET let me try. BE is graduation in engineering. This is a four year course. Normally one has to pass the CET of the state concerned to get admission or JEE Mains &/or JEE Advanced for admission in CFTI's. Besides many more deemed to be universities conduct their own entrance exam. Fee is in the range of Rs.50K per semester.
