You can crosscheck with the website for cut off lists.
As mentioned on the website, qualified candidates are required to seek admission on the basis of their Total Marks (i.e 30% of class 12 Best 4 + 70% CATE), in the various CATE colleges as per the respective cut-off points for admission to the B.A. (Hons.) English course announced by these colleges.

You can also look out for INLEAD. The Institute is located in Gurgaon. They provide 1 year of Post Graduation Diploma in Event Management & Public Relations. This is a full time course and in 1 year duration students would be having 6 months of industry exposure through which they can earn back up to 50% of their fees during the course.

Let's back calculate:
- If you plan to go in Aug '13 you will need to submit applications by end of Dec '12 or around mid of Jan '13 (this is when most of the second round application deadlines are)
- It normally takes 2-2.5 months to write good applications, essays etc
- So you should be done with your GMAT by max mid of Sep '12
- Which means you should start preparing for it right now :), since it takes about 2 months to prepare well

Do u know Many local companies are offering Networking course in which they are providing RHCE course, CCNA course, MCSE course and giving their own certificate.
Now a days These Specialized Degrees are also not giving top quality job. Through Degree now a days u will not get practical knowledge which is going on in industry. Eligibility for Master In Physics is
A Candidate should passed B.sc degree from any recognized university
At least 55% aggregate marks
For General and OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks
For SC/ST and PD category candidates in the qualifying degree.

both is good for career
if you have interest in MBA then go for MBA or else M.Tech is also good
as you said that you will do in distance MBA
because MBA will give you a practical knowledge of management

Even if you didn't score good. It is possible to pursue M.Tech without GATE. But, as a friend I would suggest you to opt for M.Tech after clearing GATE exam as it opens more doors of esteemed universities such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.
