Hi,
Yes you can definitely go ahead with Civil Services which offer an attractive and challenging career to the ambitious, the aspiring and the talented.
Eligibility-
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
In the age limit of 21-30 years
So you can pick either of the Engineering streams. One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.

Hi,
All the three professional courses mentioned above have a promising future. The course contents and functions are somewhat similar. However, they differ in specializations as follows-
CS - Tax laws, Economic laws, Labor laws, Company law
CA - Auditing, Cost accountancy, Accountancy, Taxation
ICWA - Statistics, Tax laws and Tax planning , Auditing, Cost and management accountancy
CA – All those companies which are registered under the Companies Act are required to get their accounts audited only by practicing Chartered Accountants. So a qualified Chartered Accountant has the opportunity to join the Government Service, Public Sector

Hi,
1)
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
2)
With 27000 rank in JEE-Mains, you may expect a seat in :
-J.K. Inst. of Applied Physics, Univ. of Allahabad (Computer Science & Engg)
-Birla Institute of Techn
