Well it depends on university to university but yes it is possible. The universities may look at the modules that you have studied in first year and these modules are as per the curriculum followed in that university then you may be eligible for lateral entry.
In such cases I would encourage you to write to the universities directly sharing your profile they may assess and let you know.
Few universities in UK that may take you for lateral entry are: Swansea university, Aston university, Bradford university.
