For honours degree with 84% in regular college, won't be possible to get. Need to have at least 92%, but now you need to take CUET entrance exam for getting a seat.

He can explore on option of professions like C. A/ legal advisory/ doctor/ programmer/ data scientist etc. Which require less movement and can be regarded as desk jobs. If it is possible M. B. S from a good college would be best. A lot depend on his situation. Data Science is a demanding skill and a very lucrative desk job.
