As per the official website of Joint Entrance Examination (Main) the eligibility for appearing in JEE (Main) is:
Year of Appearance in Qualifying Examination (QE):
Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2012 or 2013; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2014 are eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2014. Candidates who passed Class 12th/Qualifying examination in 2011 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2015 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE (Main)-2014. Candidates who appeared in class 12th/equivalent qualifying Examinations in 2011, did not pass in 2011, but passed in 2012 are also not eligible to appear in
JEE (Main) 2014.

The courses exclusively meant for Human Resource Management are :
Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)
Master of Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD)
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (PGDHRD)
The eligibility criteria for applying to these courses are graduation in any discipline.
The Master degree will be of 2 years duration and PG Diploma programmes will be of 1 year duration.Basically admission to these programmes will be based on Aptitude test Group Discussion and Final Interview.
Most institutes admit students on the basis of marks scored in exams like CAT by IIMsMAT by All India Management AssociationXAT by Xavier Institute etc.
Some institutes conduct their own exam examinations to these courses.
In MBA, the specialization will be offered in the 2nd year.
MHRM is an exclusive 2 year programme on Human resources.
