Osheen, There are 2 directions from here, you can go for a theory based career which can lead to a research or teaching job, or you can pursue a practice of theory which can lead to a skill job. Hello pankaj.
In management you can do PGDM OR MBA. MBA degree is provided by only deemed and central universities in India according to UGC act. but any other institution ( including IIM'S) only provides only diploma in business management. you can go for MBA this is the best from my side.

Cut off for GM in pes university is 106 so der is a margin of 52 ranks so you can try but not sure. So you can try in second round and keep your fingers crossed. Otherwise MSRIT

The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
