Your question does not mention the college or state name so I am giving you a rough estimate .The total fees varies from college to college and state to state , in some metropolitan area like Delhi NCR , Mumbai , Pune , Bengaluru total hostel and mess fees might be as high as 20000 per month while in some government college it can be as low as 5000 per month, but on an average total 15000 will be more than enough for a good hostel with good and healthy mess food.
