Yes, you have some chance of getting admission at King George's Medical University, Lucknow, with 630 marks in NEET if your rank is under 18,000 (EWS). However, for which course you will get admission will also depend on your NEET rank. For instance, provided your rank is under 1,712 for the EWS category, you can get an MBBS seat, and if your rank is under 18,198, you will get a BDS seat. The expected cut off marks for B.Sc. (Hons.) In Agriculture at PJTSAU is 55% for General category, 45-50% for OBC Category, 30-40% for SC/ST Category.
