If you mean one sitting degree, then please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.

Go according to your likes.If you are weak in mathematics its not that you will remain weak for ever, the secret of doing well in mathematics is to practice daily and with a bit of curiosity you will naturally love the subject.But the hard( i would say bitter) fact is that in 11th you have to encounter with a bit complicated mathematics where you obviously have to use your logic and intuition.
