Getting admission in SPJIMR is dependent on several factors including academic, extra curricular and co-curricular activities and work experience (if any) along with your CAT/XAT/GMAT scores. So it would not be possible to attribute chances of SPJIMR admission call solely based on the academic details. Also the weight-age on individual parameters of academic, profile, work experience are decided by the admission panel of professor and not shared to the students or applicant. So I would ask you to apply for the PGDM course after filling out the detailed admission form as your overall profile sheet would decide along with your score in entrance exam on your chances to get a call from SPJIMR.

Yes it will be little difficult for you as you are a science student and in Bcom you have to understand Accounts and maths from the start. But later during your MBA it won't be that difficult to understand.
It's good that you are taking the decision to change your line at the time of graduation rather than at MBA time.
Alternatively, you can also do MBA in IT stream if you are interested in science.
You can do your graduation in the same background like BSc, Btech, Engineering etc and then you can pursue your MBA. For MBA it's not necessary that you need to be a commerce graduate.
It depends on your interest which field you want to pursue in future for your career.
