CAP stands for "Centralized Admission Process."
DTE begins CAP rounds for admission after the CET results, which are usually released in May. You can look at the 2021 schedule to get a rough idea of how it will be in 2022. State CET Cell, Government of Maharashtra.

During the CAP, after allotment and before accepting the allotted seat in Round 1 and Round 2, a candidate can select the choice of "freezing," "sliding," or "floating" for the subsequent round, if any, of seat allocation, as provided below.
(a) Freeze: Students accept the offered seat and do not want to participate in any further rounds of seat allocation. Such students will not be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.
(b) Slide: Students accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to the academic program of higher preference is offered within the same institution, they will accept it. Such students will be considered in the following rounds of admission.
(c) Float: Students accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to an academic program of higher preference in any institution is offered, they will accept it. If they do not accept, they will continue with the currently accepted academic program. Such students will be considered in the following rounds of admission.
The students should select the reporting option as "freeze," "slide," or "float" through their login. If the candidate gets a better choice in CAP Round 2 and Round 3, they may change the reporting option to "freeze," "slide," or "float" through their login; otherwise, the earlier option will be carried forward. For candidates who choose the float or slide option and secure a seat of their choice with a higher preference, it would automatically result in the forfeiture of the seat accepted by the students in the earlier round. Slide and float options will not be available to a Student who is offered admission to his first choice.

1. TGT Teacher: You have to pass the CTET or state TET exam to become a government TGT teacher. It is one of the most popular choices for D.Ed. Graduates.
2. Assistant Teacher: You can also apply for an assistant teacher post in government schools. You may be required to clear written exams such as the DSSSB for that.

To fill openings for TGT positions in government schools, the Subordinate Services Selection Board of Delhi holds the DSSSB TGT. The following qualifications must be met for DSSSB TGT:
1. Age requirement: At the time of application, your age must be under 32 years.
2. Education requirements: You must have a Bachelor's degree in the TGT subject for which you are applying. To apply for DSSSB TGT, you must have minimum 45% in your graduation.
3. Exam requirement: You must have qualified for the CTET exam conducted by CBSE.
4. Additional criteria: You must have a B.Ed. Degree or a Diploma in training education
