Various visitors have had things to say about the placement facilities that Indira Institute of Engineering and Technology (IIET), a private college located in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu has to offer. Some of the students interviewed have noted to have had positive placement experiences while others have commented on how effective placement process was.

Placement Highlights:

Placement Percentage: About 80% of students have got placements and the highest salary is of Rs 10000 per annum–. 

Recruiting Companies: Some of the top recruiters mentioned are CPCL, CETEX and MPL. 

Internship Opportunities: Currently, approximately 70% of have been able to secure internships, with many of them securing internship with reputable firms. 

Although these numbers point to a reasonable placement scenario, a small percentage of students have raised concerns over placement issues and placement process. Similarly, prospective students have been advised to approach the institute's placement department and newly placed students in order to get more information on the existing placement report.
