The following categories of students are eligible to register directly for
Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course without passing the Common Proficiency Test (CPT):-
1. Graduates or Post Graduates from Commerce stream having secured in
aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade or other
Graduates or Post Graduates having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of
the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any
recognised University (including Open University).
2. Candidates who have passed the Intermediate level examination or its
equivalent examination by whatever name called conducted by The Institute of
Cost Accountants of India or by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

After completing 12th in Computer Science, you may opt for degree courses such as :
1) B.Sc in Computer Science / Information Technology : -
[ Eligibility : To pursue B.Sc, you need to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from any recognized board. The admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The cut off marks varies from year to year. ]
2) B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science engineering / Information Technology : -
[ Eligibility : To pursue B.E. / B.Tech, you need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%. Your age must be between 17-23 years. You need to appear in entrance exam. ]
