Hi Rajeev,
Your question is not clear.
If you mean to ask how IIMs convert your undergraduate GPA into %, then they will follow rules prescribed by your undergraduate college, typically given on your score cards or grade sheets. This is done during the selection process.
If you mean to ask about IIM's GPA system, then they are given on a scale of 0-4. They are not converted into any percentage.

Yes Bhagwati, you can do MBA with specialization in IT-Infrastructure. But before that please ensure that you would be able to carry on and build your careeer in IT sector itself. I am mentioning this here because in your career you might find less qualified or less experienced but technically IT qualifed persons alongwith you or ahead of you.

Atanu, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants.
