Hi,
In order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Australia you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board, with good academic record preferably 60%-70% in 12th, plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
For admission in undergraduate degree in Australian universities you need to have IELTS score of 6 or TOEFL score of 80 plus.
The eligibility criteria may vary from university to university.

You can go for your masters in US after your graduation as US is a better option in terms of job prospects. U need to give GRE and TOEFL exams for which you can starting preparing now. You can select universities on the basis of your score in these exams.

There are many good institutes for doing MBA through distance education mode, such as Symbiosis, ICFAI, IGNOU, SMU etc. You may make the choice depending upon the proximity of the learning centre of any of them to your place, also based on the fee elemenet and on the method of writing exam.
