The right thing after completing PGDM would be to get some good & relevant work experience so that you can practically learn the theoretical knowledge you will attain after PGDM. Then based on the direction of your career and your personal interest and/or requirements of the job you can choose further education. But for now I would suggest opting for a job in the private sector.
