Hi,
It is definitely one of the best colleges in Bangalore. I have a lot of friends who studied there and placed well. In fact, various categories of companies come for placements. Also, placement opportunities could get customized depending on the course /branch that you take up. So, research on this aspect with some kind of activity, like alumni talk.

Learning multiple programming languages and not having command on any one will not help you at all. JAVA is getting popular these days. And you mentioned about Android development, then JAVA is the language you should go for. PHP is an evergreen language. Not suggest you to go with .NET at all.
Now coming to the second part of your question and that is JOB. Truly speaking if you want to get a good job in a good company then your graduation is a must. Freelancing is an option if you don't want to go for gr

Hello Mahipatsinh,
I am not too sure if I can insert every detail here. Admission requirements differs with universities and countries. Most universities require not more than two backlogs per sem.If you have a backlog Germany will be impossible as academic records is the most important factor. Improving your grades considerably if you have backlogs is crucial.
