Coming to the first part of your question, I would suggest you to do only one programming language. And have a good command over it. Learning multiple programming languages and not having command on any one will not help you at all. JAVA is getting popular these days. And you mentioned about Android development, then JAVA is the language you should go for. PHP is an evergreen language. Not suggest you to go with .NET at all.
Now coming to the second part of your question and that is JOB. Truly speaking if you want to get a good job in a good company then your graduation is a must. Freelancing is an option if you don't want to go for graduation. Or you can start something of your own.

Student Pilot License (SPL)
It covers papers in Air Regulations, Aviation Meteorology, Air Navigation Air Technical. It is a theory exam.
Private Pilot License (PPL)
