Application for Veterinary Science courses in India usually starts by April-May each year. But the dates of application may differ according to different universities or even states. As far as NEET UG is concerned, which is majorly used in veterinary admissions at the national level, the date of registration commences in December or January while the exams take place in May. The marks obtained by a candidate must be at a competitive level at IIST-Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology for granting admission. The basic eligibility criteria for JEE is to pass the Class 12 examination from a recognised board or equivalent. The marks required for eligibility vary across programs and universities.

To appear for JEE Main, you must have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2022, 2023, or be appearing in the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2024.

The minimum marks in JEE Advanced will vary from year to year.
