Understanding the NLSAT exam pattern is crucial for strategic preparation as it helps in:

  • Focused Study Approach – Knowing the division between Part A (MCQs) and Part B (Subjective) helps in allocating time effectively.
  • Time Management – Since the exam is 150 minutes long, practicing according to the pattern ensures efficient time use.
  • Subject-Wise Preparation – Helps prioritize reading comprehension, legal reasoning, and essay writing.
  • Mock Test Strategy – Since Part A has negative marking, accuracy matters, while Part B requires well-structured answers.
