As per your requirement, there is no such university across India apart from Rabindra Bharati University (Kolkata) that offers M.A Music (Bengali medium) under Directorate of Distance Education.
Course Title- MA Vocal Music
Course Duration- 2 years
Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements- (10 + 2 + 3) General Graduates / Graduates with Hons / Spl Hons or major subject or Post Graduates of any stream or (10 + 2 + 4) Graduates of any professional courses.
Medium of Instruction- English, however a candidate is permitted to write answer in Bengali.

For admission in any of the Engineering colleges in Maharashtra state
The process of admission is conducted by Directorate of technical Education (DTE) maharashtra state. Once the MHCET results are out the process of centralise admission will start, known to be CAP (Centralise admission process).
* 80% seats will be filled by the CAP
* 20% will be done on institute / College level
Eligibility is as follows.
you have to appear for any one or both JEE or MHCET exam and should have non zero score.
For open category, person should also have 135 marks put together PCM total out of 300 Max marks (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in 12th Exam
