Hi,
It would be approximately rank under 5K for IIT madras. But same cannot be assured for a B.Tech CSE as that is the most popular branch and cut off goes quite high. As an alternative check for some other equally good colleges like ANNA, SASTRA which are offering best academics. LPU known for Best Placements and scholarships. Symbiosis for experienced faculty. Browse some good options and prepare well. Admissions have started online

Hi
You must have cleared your class 12th examination from any recognised board with an aggregate of 50% only then you are eligible to get admission in good colleges. For DU you have to fill their application form through online mode and the admissions in DU are based on the merit list. If your name gets shortlisted in that merit list then you are eligible for B.Com (Hons) in Delhi University.
