Yes, MMMUT provides the hostel facility to reside in. The charge for it is included in the total fee, if you choose to be a hosteller, it was 15000 Rs. At present, there are 7 huge boys' hostels and around 4 to 5 girls' hostels. The condition of the hostels is totally like in a government college hostel should be. These are surrounded by trees of forest side in the backside with a playground and gym nearby.

Yes, the TNPSC Group 4 exam is a statewide exam. All the candidates from the state can apply and appear for the exam. The candidates from the state can claim the reservations mentioned for different categories if they belong to any one of them, but the candidates who have the domicile of another state cannot claim any reservation and need to appear as the General/Unreserved category candidates, irrespective of their category. Moreover, they will also require appearing and qualify in the Compulsory Tamil Paper asked in the TNPSC Group 4 exam.
