1. BCA course can provide professional knowledge in programming languages like C, C++, and Java etc. And B.SC CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing.
Among the two, BCA is a professional course, designed according to the needs of the IT industry while the other is more of academic courses and enlightens more of theoretical aspects.
