To take admission in M.Tech, you need to complete B.Tech in the any of the areas of engineering with at least 60% marks. You need to undergo an entrance exam, i.e., GATE.

After Diploma in engineering if you wish to seek admission in degree course then you may join lateral B.Tech course. In lateral entry scheme you can directly enter the second year course.
