Check with the college that what is their criteria/ cut off percentage for admission through WBJEE. Otherwise there are many universities like Amity, Sharda, Lovely etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as WBJEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
Check their websites for more details.
Good luck!

If IT is your interest you can go for MBA IT or MCA. In case you want technical job, i would suggest an MCA otherwise if your interests are more towards project management or Management in IT ( more of a managerial role than technical ) then i would suggest to go with an MBA in IT. Fee is also a difference between the two but then these days we have many universities like Lovely, Amity, SRM etc that offer scholarships to students thus the degree not burdening their pocket.
Good luck.
