Yes, a separate preparation is required for both CAT and GMAT since the level of questions asked in these exams are different from each other. For example, the level of English in CAT is comparatively lower than that of the GMAT. Giving free mocks without any preparation would let you know it in a much better way.

Colleges that has an average package of INR. 10 lacs and up are usually the top 20 MBA colleges to get admission in which you need score of 98% and above. Also, try to get 90+ in CAT and XAT SNAP. But as per my experience of B schools, every good college where well-known companies come, offer opportunity to students for a handsome package and it depends on the student if he/she can crack it. All the best.

Masters in Actuarial from any college will only give you basic knowledge of Actuarial CT series course material but won't make you an actuary .
You have to clear Actuarial exams if you want to get job in Actuarial field.
You study at home or from a coaching centre or from Amity , at the end you have to clear IAI or IOA exams.
If you believe you want a masters degree then go for amity otherwise studying at home and clearing exams will get you a desired job.
All the best.
