Selection for B.Tech is done on the basis o fMHT CET or JEE Mains score followed by counselling. For B.Pharm, candidates are selected on the basis of MHT-CET score followed by counselling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra. Admission to M.Pharm is done on the basis of GPAT score. For M.Tech, candidates are selected on the basis of GATE score or Written Test conducted by the institute. Admission to M.Sc is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Selection to Ph.D is done on the basis of the written test followed by the interview.

No, you can't M.Sc is for Science students, and the eligibility to take admission in M.Sc, that you have a degree in B.Sc. Otherwise, you are not eligible for it.
