Clinical research is a specialized field that requires specific training to carry out various job functions. With the increasing number of clinical trials there is a projection of the requirement of trained manpower in big numbers. Although clinical research is becoming a lucrative career option for medical, pharmacy, dental and life-sciences students, an unmet need of basic clinical research training exists at the level of individual curriculum. Recent trends in clinical research industry are suggestive of employment preference to the personnel having a basic orientation and certification in clinical research.

Hi,
It is as per your convenience. If you get excellent career opportunity soon after graduation, then proceed. Also you may pick M.C.A as it will give you a cutting edge in the competitive market.
Work for a while and gain reasonable work experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for working professionals.
The salaries may vary to some extent depending on your location, your original graduation and the hiring company.
