Hi Nagender,
Sorry, the answer might be disappointing. With 59% (You might have even had backlogs of papers that you would have repeated), it will be difficult to get admission to Windsor or for that matter most universities in Canada, as they usually expect 65-70% on an average with top universities requiring higher 70's.
But, you have not mentioned which field you have graduated from. If you post that and your academic performance in Class 10 and 12, there are still choices that I can suggest (probably not at Windsor) but still a good choice to pursue your PG.
Yet, if you feel it will help to know your chances at Windsor, please refer t

All seat allotments in wbjee are being followed using certain norms mentioned as Algo 1 2 3 .a candidate eligibility is grilled accordingly indicative seat allotments are based on these norms students with higher ranks are likely to be entertained with the choice they provide at first followed by other students not all students who get indicative allotment of their choices prefer to get admitted likewise .hence certain seats irrespective of being filled remains empty when students fail to show up after the last round of counselling for further details follow the link
