The right way to get admission in 2nd year of UG courses is to apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State by using the following website: http://cetcell.mahacet.org/
Then you have to click on Direct Second year Engineering (DSE). Post that, you have to register yourself by filling all the relevant fields and uploading the necessary documents as required and pay the required registration fee online. No, it is not approved by AICTE.
Academy of Higher Studies (AHE) has been established and managed by a team of professionally skilled Intellectuals from different fields. Academy of Higher Studies (AHE) is the National Coordinator (NC) of many UGC/MHRD/AICTE/DEB/BCI/PCI/NCTE etc. approved Universities.
I do not think this is the right place to study B.Tech. The Degree may not fetch you good job.

DY Patil College of Engineering is good choice Placement is not guaranteed but there are enough chances to get placed. Around 60% students get placed. The lowest package is around INR 2.5Lacs and the highest goes to INR 7 Lacs. Companies like Capgemini, Infosys, tech Mahindra and many leading companies come for campus. Infrastructure of college is also good.
