Regular degree is prefered more as compare to degree with distance education. So i would refer you to go for regular degree and if you dont wish to do in MCRP then there are some more universities you can apply for like Lovely(phagwara).as it also provides distance education also recognized by UGC. other Pune University, PTU. Hyderabad University.

See icwai is good course u should do it if u think that u can do it but the thing is that icwai is institute for India n it is not so recognized outside India.u can get job outside India on the basis of your skills as icwai will make u perfect so if u prove it that u have knowledge then u will definitely get job in Dubai.best of luck.

You can go for graduation in B.tech and then go for M.tech. after diploma. as an outcome it will prove to be beneficial for you. Universities like LOvely Uni. Jagganath University . ICFAI university.

Hi vijay,
You can clear B.com + MBA till 2017 but cant say about CA and CS as they depends upon clearance of exams.
