BE-Bachelor of Engineering
B.Tech- Bachelor of technology
B.Tech degree is awarded by deemed autonomous institutes.
Autonomous means these institutes can set their own pattern of exam papers and primarily they will not be affiliated to any universities.
B.E. degree is awarded by institutes which work under a main university that is, they will be affiliated to a main university.
They follow the pattern of exam and syllabi of the main university only.
This is the main difference but no one is better than the other. They both are equally accepted in placements and other career prospects.
