No, there are no international test centres for the GATE exam. No, candidates have to carry the printed copy of the JEE Advanced admit card. A digital copy of the admit card on mobile phone and any other device will not be acceptable at the exam centre for verification.

It has not been official mentioned that the cabdidates have to carry a coloured print out of the JEE Advanced admit card. However, candidates can prefer carrying a coloured copy of the admit card as the detail in the colour print out is more visible/clear than a black and white print.
