Dear Mr. Ashwand,
You should look into the BE first. which generally means more theory to become a lead engineer, Professional engineer. Engineers do most of the designing and consulting. BE degree focuses more on fundamental physics and theory.

Dear Syed, MDS from European countries will be too costly. Their admission criteria is also tough. Even after BDS you have to appear for GRE & subject proficiency tests. If at all you wanted to do MDS please think of former USSR countries and China. The cost is less than what is in India & also after doing MDS their you will be having very good salary package.
Wish you all the best.
