The process of improving the XIIth board percentage is to repeat, give the exams again with much more hard work and studies. However, I would personally not suggest repeating the XIIth. Instead if you have cleared all subjects then go ahead take admission where-ever available and then work hard to improve yourself academically.

It depends on the course. A University Masters degree M Sc IT will take two years to complete. A B Sc will take three years to complete. B Tech will take 4 years to complete. Other certifications will have various drations depending on the course.

See, JBIMS accepts MH-CET scores. Scores of all other entrances like CAT/MAT/XAT etc are convertible into corresponding MH-CET scores. As per the conversion ratios, you should have more than 99 percentile in CAT to get admission in JBIMS.
MH-CET cutoff for JBIMS was 175 for open, 155 for OBC, 144 for SC and 173 for All India.
