You need to clear your 10th with a good score. If you are interested in science/commerce than you can opt accordingly. If down the 10 years you want yourself to work in engineering field than better to go for science stream and pursue graduation in engineering. If you are looking for business or chartered accountant then commerce is the stream you should look for.

Both are good streams of electronics and communication, if you are interested in computer applications like Big Data/SAP/ERP solutions mainly used in IT industries. Also computer applications which are used in circuit designing and robotics.
If your field of interest is mobile and cellular communication than telecommunication is good field. As 4G is already in use in India and there is continuous advancement in India for 5G, 6G and advanced technologies. Still there is a great opportunity in this field.
