Yes, you are eligible to take admission into University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad with 70% in ICAR because the eligibility criteria is that the aspiring candidate must've scored atleast 50% in 12th board examination or equivalent 10+2 examination. The exams that are accepted are ICAR AIEEA, KCET, CBSE 12th and Karnataka 2nd PUC.
