The top course of Sankalchand Patel University is MBBS . The fees is INR 7.85 Lakhs (1st Yr Fees) and the eligibility criteria is 10+2 with a minimum 50% of marks . 

Followed by other courses such as The MBA programme costs Rs.74,000 for the first year and is only open to graduates with a 50% GPA. M.Sc is available to B.Sc graduates for 50,000, while BCom requires a 10+2 qualification and a 12,000 fee.

Among the best universities in Prayagraj, India, is the University of Allahabad. It is ranked #219 in the Asian University Rankings - Southern Asia 2024, which is an impressive ranking.

But I cannot assure you that this is the best University in Uttar Pradesh. This is one of the best Universities when compared.  You can also consider the Indian Institute of Technology which is located in Uttarpradesh.
