Hello Mohammad, it's very nice to seethat you have completed your Diploma and are now interested in completion of graduation in engineering. Normally speaking yes you would be eligible. However it is better to check on the website of the directorate of technical education of your state. They would invariably have a table wearing eligibility of Diploma holders of different branches for or seeking degree of engineering in different branches is given. Alternatively you can even seek guidance from the administrative staff from the institution where you have completed your Diploma education as they will be able to guide you in this. Because you are not concerned about the college, So the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. MLT of AIIMS is given below. Eligibility criteria : 10+2 with minimum 50% for Gen / OBC/EWS (45% in case of SCs / STs Categories) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So you are not eligible for AIIMS B.Sc. MLT course. However you are eligible for following B.Sc. Courses of AIIMS.

2. B.Sc. (Hons. ). Medical Technology in Radiography
3. B.Sc. In Medical Technology in Radiotherapy (M. T. RT)
The eligibility criteria of LPU Phagwara for B.Sc. (MLT) is also given below. Eligibility criteria : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or 2 years. MLT Diploma after 10th or equivalent. So students of 12th not having the Bio are eligible here for admission in B.Sc. MLT course.
