The CAT cutoff percentile required for admission to GIBS Business School, Bangalore is generally around 60 percentile for the General category based on 2024 data.

This means candidates typically need to score at least 60th percentile on the CAT to be eligible for admission consideration.

The institute also accepts other entrance exam scores, such as XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, and GMAT, with similar cutoff percentiles (around 60) for its PGDM/MBA programs.

However, the exact cutoff for the 2025 admission cycle has not yet been officially released.

Private medical colleges, after filling up their ranked seats, tend to work on a basis of marks+first come first serve basis. This allows admission for people with unfortunately low grades. I hope you'll get admission in your desired private college.

You cannot get admission into TYBA based on your educational qualifications of 10+2 or its equivalent passed, those who have completed FYBA and SYBA from other universities are eligible for admission in TYBA. With your 10+2 pass eligibility criteria you can get admission in first year itself. If you are interested to pursue 3 tear Bachelor's of Arts then you need to study 1st, 2nd and 3rd year. There is no other way you can do that.
