Your graduation, 10th and 12th marks are really good. They will help you in the Second stage of the MBA Admission process.
The PGDM General and PGDM International Business accepts only CAT and GMAT scores. The cutoff of CAT was 75 percentile last year, and that of GMAT was around 600 to 620 for the PGDM General program, and was little less for the International Business.
So with 68.04 percentile in CAT, we cannot be sure of a call in the PGDM General program, but you may get a call from PGDM International Business program.
The PGDM Retail Management and PGDM Insurance Business Management accepts CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT and MAT scores. The cutoff of CAT and XAT was around 60 percentile. The cutoff of CMAT was around 200 out of 400, but that can vary heavily due to fluctuations in the CMAT difficulty levels every year.
If you are interested in Retail Management and Insurance Business Managment. They are good courses. And if you come here and work hard, you can get better placements than even the best students of PGDM General students.
Anyway, a general suggestion would be whatever scores you have in CAT and XAT, now focus on the upcoming CMAT exam, and try and get above 95 percentile which is not that tough a task. A lot of gates will open up for you. But then the next hurdle will start, that is of Group Discussions, Essay Writing, Personal Interviews etc.
Till CMAT don't think of any of these, but immediately after CMAT start working on your the Second phase of the MBA admissions as explained by me above.

For the Retail Management and Insurance Business Management your above CAT score might procure a call.
But measure all your other alternatives before making any decision. 2 years Full-time MBA is not the only thing in this world. There are too many options to explore.
For example, you can go for a 1 year MBA after doing a job or a business for 1 more year. You can start working in Sales and make your way up, without MBA, in case you were looking up to Marketing in your futuristic MBA program.
Anyway do apply to the International Business program, it is as good as the General program in BIMTECH.

The Basic eligibility criteria to join Merchant Navy is:
Aspirant must have passed 12th class with physics, chemistry and maths as their main subject.
They must have completed their graduation in the field of Marine Engineering or Nautical Science to join the engineering or navigation fields in the merchant navy.
Candidates completing their graduation in Technical, Mechanical or electrical engineering field are applicable to join the Merchant Navy as Fifth Engineer or Engine Cadet.

In Canada, medical degrees are only available at graduate level. Before you can apply to medical school, you need to complete at least two years (usually four) of 'pre-med' undergraduate study. Some Canadian colleges offer fast-track medical degree programs that take three years, rather than four.
The requirements for this are set by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
All students preparing for medical school are required to take courses in biology, chemistry, physics and English. Individual medical schools may also have additional requirements, which you can find in the most recent version of the AAMC's Medical School Admission Requirements guide.
Most medical schools in the US also require students to take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), and most can be applied to through the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS).
Once you've secured a place at medical school, you'll study for a further four years to gain either a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) or Doctor of Medicine (D.M.).
Both of these titles qualify you to start practising medicine. However, you'll then be required to complete a residency training program, which could last anywhere between three and eight years depending on your field of specialization.
It's likely that even after this, you'll continue to pursue further training in your field, through training programs known as fellowships.

Firstly answer to your question in brief. You cannot apply to PGDM(IB) with the MAT score. If you meant IBM - that is Insurance Business Management, then you can apply. RM also you can apply. Avg placement of all the courses was 5.75 lpa last year, and this year's statistics aren't released yet.
