Lateral entry, you will also have to give entrance tests, that rank/score will also decide your colleges, but a very wide options are open to yoou like MIT etc. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, eligibility criteria, fees etc.

1. Purchase '31 years chapter-wise solutions' for all 3 subjects. '. and 11 years of unsolved paper'
2. Prepare each day,1 chapter, each subject i.e. 3 chapters - 1 day. For 90 chapters -30 days.

For Chemistry and physics- practice as much as you can from good books, previous year and mock papers
For inorganic chem read NCERT thoroughly and back questions especially of organic NCERT.
