Hello Prabhat Kumar, you are saying that you got the job based on your Diploma and now you are doing your graduation in engineering simultaneously. Right? Based on this your query is this legal or not. Correct? You are doing your job and also attending classes to complete your engineering graduation course? How you are achieving this? Because normally speaking the classes and the job both would be during the daytime. If you can legally attend both these then your degree would be definitely legal. But if you are not doing both these things or either of the things illegally then of course your degree will not be legal. If it is not feasible to continue with the degree course but you want to continue with the job then I would suggest that you should go in for Amie which is equivalent to graduation in engineering for all purposes.
