You have several options available after completion of the course. Corporate finance course is certainly one of the options available. Also you can go in for MBA with specialization in the finance field. For this you will need to appear for the entrance exams like CAT, MAT etc. Other than that you have options like going for courses like CA, ICWA. On the job front you can try to join any of the banks. You will need to appear for the written exam conducted by the banks
