Dear Aditi,
BJMC stands for Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication. Journalism is about news which to gather and then spread to the world. On the other hand, mass communication involves a lot of other things such as event management, advertising, photography, Direction and a lot more.
You can do a crash course in one of these things, but if you talk about BJMC as a whole, I would suggest you to go for a degree course.

Though there are many colleges in India and abroad. My suggestion would be to target NCHMCT which conducts entrance exams and gives BHM degree in collaboration with IGNOU. There are some Government of India, Ministry of Tourism institutes in each state/capitals. The good institutes would be IHM Bangalore, IHM Mumbai, IHM Delhi or the nearest IHM to your place.

Vikas,
Only if you are good with Maths and programming, you must pick up a language like PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software development), Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games).
However, like I mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and B.Tech (CS) applicants. So, choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT Company's credentials on the net. For example, if someone provides LIVE PROJECTS, are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JustDial? Or, if the company is registered

Hi Harshit
Foreign tour is not included in 9.5lakhs. The approximate expenditure may come up to 4lakhs. However it may vary due to changes in exchange rate. If you are interested in going abroad I would suggest you to take a bank loan so that it will be helpful.
All the best

Hi Harshit
College provides placements. Almost everyone get placed but few students whose code of conduct is not good or any student with back logs are not eligible to sit for placements. They also depend on how well each student perform in interview.
The minimum salary offered is Rs 4.5lakhs.
We have semester exchange program with different universities abroad. So if you want you can opt for any after joining in college and college will help you in the process.
All the best
