You need to clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
In your case (as mentioned on the website)-
DDCE stand provisionally recognized by Distance Education Council and IGNOU, New Delhi. It is yet to be inspected by DEC for permanent recognition. DDCE has not sought any approval from AICTE.
It is advisable to speak to the officials directly for right guidance.

Height:-
-Minimum height required for men is 165 cm
-Minimum height required for women is 150 cm
-There is a relaxation in height for SC/ST,OBC
Ear :-
-Good listening & normal ear cavity.
-1000 to 4000 frequency hearing impairment shd not be more than 30 decibels.
Eye sight –
-6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye. 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye.
-Near vision J1 for good eye. J2 for worst eye.
-The correction by lenses only. High standard for the Colour-blind test. No inherent night blindness. Vision should stereoscopic.

Newspaper clippings. This is very important as Pub Ad is a very dynamic subject and deals with governments functioning, which is tracked by the media. Although The Hindu is a must read, I will recommend Indian Express for Pub Ad preparation.
Go through the reports of various committees and commissions set up to evaluate governmental functioning. This includes the pay commission reports, administrative reform commission and other panels reports.

* As you get your reply from specified institute, do note that you must avoid considering discount as reason for joining any Institution. While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's. However, you must directly contact nearest centre for specific details about possible fee concession.
*If you are creative then opt for Design or AVGC(Animation, VFx, Gaming, Comic). It calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess.
*You may always consider doing a UG or even PG or course in the field. Lot of Design and Animation Organizations offer admission through entrance tests. Do check their websites.
* Do ensure that Digital Media needs comprehensive learning and requires good mentoring. These programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities.
