It depends on what you plan to study at college.
There is no single University which is best in all fields. Different Universities have their strengths and drawbacks. For instance, in research, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is considered the leader but in engineering some would prefer California Institute of Technology (CalTech) or Stanford over any other. For MBA, some students would prefer Harvard Business School while others will go to Wharton School of Business. One side doesn't fit all in the field of admissions. You need to understand "fit". Which college is ideal for you? Which college will help you be successful in life? You will grow the best in which kind of environment? Should you go to a small college with more focused resources or go to a huge Universities with better facilities? All these factors should be considered before applying to college just on the basis of rankings.
In UK there is Oxford and Cambridge. For business, there is London School of Business, University of Bath, etc.

Eligibility as per PCI Regulations:
Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy Part-I course -A pass in any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics./p&get;
(1) Intermediate examination in Science
(2) The first year of the three-year degree course in Science
(3) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science
(4) Pre-degree examination
(5) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination. Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt. /State Govts./Union Territory Admins. As the case may be from time to time.
Some Institutes also conduct Entrance Test for admission

See, it all depends on your interest area and passion and aptitude about a career area. If you have no interest in marketing and sales then going for the course is not worth.
So, first understand what is marketing and sales and what is the job profile.
Most of the MBA goals are business oriented and entrepreneurial and hence they fall into a dynamic category that keeps changing along with the economy. This in turn gradually affects your goals when you are in the B-Schools and slowly transform it once you finish your program. It's usual and healthy for an MBA graduate. You just got to understand that you have perceived the real market and have transformed or reshaped your goals into a more practical one, rather than whining about it.
